The center crossover station features two 150lb weight stacks and adjustable handles for comfortable completion of chest flyes, lateral raises, bicep curls, pushdowns, and leg kicks. The outer stations allow for the completion of low rows and lat pulldowns with weight stacks of 200lbs each. This unit is also equipped with a chip-up bar on it's center frame.
