The Large Wavy Balance pad has a deep wave pattern. The cushioned convoluted surface requires more concentration to maintain balance and position, allowing to improve balance and posture while increasing lower body strength. The pads can also be used as a cushion for seated position exercises. Constructed with closed cell foam and covered in glossy vinyl.
